Refund policy

At HelloPeople.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer exchanges and store credit refunds under the following terms.

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, we do not provide return labels. You must use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
CONTACT US FIRST at somoshellopeople@gmail.com, we offer exchanges as long as the item is in mint condition. If you need a different size, color, or product, please request a return first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and be responsable for the packing and return label. 

Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a HelloPeople.shop gift card that can be used for future purchases. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us.
